From the people who brought you Atlantic Spins, Karamba and Mr Play, among many others, comes Queen Play.
We really think the casino is fit for a queen (or king, or any other royal family member). It has loads of games, a really solid welcome offer, a fantastically rewarding loyalty and VIP club, and way more besides!
Getting setup and playing at Queen Play Casino takes only 30 seconds of your time, and just a few clicks! Here’s what you need to do:
Step 2:A form will pop up, asking you for -
a. Your email address
b. A username for the site - this needs to be between 6-14 characters long, and can use capital letters, as well as special characters
c. A password for the site - this needs to be between 8-16 characters, and can use capital letters, numbers and special characters, you cannot use your username or your email address in your password.
Step 3:On the next screen, you'll be asked or some personal details:
a. Your first and last names
b. Your gender - male or female
c. Your birth date
d. Your player currency - this will already be selected according to your location, but it's always a good idea to double-check it, just in case!
e. Your address - you’ll have to type this in manually
f. Your mobile number
g. You'll be asked to tick the ‘send me special offers’ box. We always advise you to do this, otherwise you'll miss out on future goodies for the casino!
Step 4:You'll see a confirmation screen, asking you to -
a. Verify the email address you just registered
b. Set our deposit limit (although you can also do this later for your cashier)
c. Opt-in to accept the welcome offer
For more about bonus and wagering requirements, as well as details of how to withdraw, see sections below.
The ‘Welcome to the Realm’ welcome bonus is pretty great, with something for every type of player: you can get 100 spins and up to $200 bonus! Now that’s what we call ‘the royal treatment’!
To claim the welcome bonus, you need to:
Step 1:Register for a new player account at Queen Play Casino
Step 2:Click ‘Opt-In’ in the cashier, or during the signup process (see details of where exactly in the section directly above)
Step 3:Make a deposit of at least $10
Step 4:Start playing! Your deposit bonus will be automatically applied.
As always, you should know about a few key Terms and Conditions when claiming Queen Play’s Welcome Bonus:
There aren’t currently any bonus codes available for the Queen Play Welcome Bonus; you can read more about the Bonus’ Terms and Conditions here.
We really like how dynamic and doubled-up this bonus is (we’d never be able to pick between either a match deposit or a free spins offer, so we like that we’re offered both). We also really like how the free spins are offered across several different games, and not just one that the casino has picked for you.
Still, we think if you’re a high-roller, the deposit amounts might be a little limiting for you to work with – luckily, there’s a really rewarding loyalty/VIP scheme for you, just waiting to shower you with gifts, see more about this below in the ‘Loyalty’ and ‘VIP’ sections, below.

Queen Play is really fit for a queen – it’s very nicely laid out, although we were a bit overwhelmed by the splurge of games that greeted us in the main game lobby:
Still, draw your eyes upwards and see the sections available – we’ll get into that below, but we like that there are Featured Games and New Games on offer to orient us a bit!
Otherwise, Queen Play Casino have these game categories to choose from:
That’s a lot on offer and we think every type of player will have more than enough to keep them interested and engaged here.
We did find it weird that, within each game section there weren’t any useful filters to, for example, section out the jackpot games from the standard video slots, but we guess the queen knows how to organise the games, and if it works, it works.
Still, we would have liked to have seen some filters, just to help us navigate a bit through what was on offer.
If you feel that way too, then we recommend you check out the Featured Games tab, which is hiding on the top left-hand corner of the games menu. Click on it to see the top games currently at Queen Play, as decided on by both the casino and what players enjoy playing most. At the time of writing, the top slots at Queen Play Casino were – :

Although Queen Play doesn’t publicly state what its payout rate is, it demonstrates their commitment to fair play and security in other ways: they link to their testing certificate from iTech Labs, and address the issue in their in-depth Fair Gaming policy page. That really is very impressive.
But still, if you’re anything like us and itching to know the payout rate of the casino overall and the games individually, then it’s easy to work out.
Choose any game at random and click to play it. Then look for its information/help/’?’ section on the player screen (it will vary from provider to provider as to how its labelled, but it will be there).
Scroll down, usually to the bottom, to find details of the game’s RTP (Return To Player) percentage.
Then, average out several other games on the site, to find the casino’s overall payout rate to players.
Doing this with 10 games we randomly picked gave us a 96% payout rate for Queen Play, demonstrating it’s a generous, fair and safe casino to play at!

Queen Play Casino has a range of deposit and withdrawal options for CA players, but it’s not as wide a choice as we would have hoped to have seen.
Queen Play Casino is highly committed to making sure their players are safe and secure online. They are regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, two of the strictest and most internationally-respected regulators in the online gambling industry.
Otherwise, the site is fully SSL encrypted, meaning and all data sent to it – financial, personal and otherwise – is totally secured and unhackable.
Queen Play understands that players can only enjoy the online gaming experience as long as it’s all fun and games – but recognises that sometimes this is not the case for all players. When things start to sour a little, and if a player develops any problematic behaviours towards their gambling activities, then Queen Play links to several resource and support organisations to help: these include GamStop, BeGambleAware.org, GamCare and even Queen Play’s own in-depth Responsible Gambling policy.
On top of these other strategies, Queen Play actively encourages players to set themselves a deposit limit during the signup process (see the ‘how to get started at Queen Play’ section of this review or further details of where to find this step), as well a s allows them to direct their own self exclusion, all from their player account.
Queen Play has a fantastic mobile site which will solve every single gaming on the go need you might have, although there are no dedicated Android or iOS apps in sight, you’ll be more than fine with the mobile sites offering. Not only is every game on offer from the desktop site there, but so are all the other functions – the live chat, banking, bonuses and so on.
We also really liked that the game tiles were nicely sized, so we could easily swipe, scroll and select without accidentally selecting something we didn’t mean to, and the mobile site also handled every device (tablet and phone) operating system (iOS, Android, Windows) that we tried it with.
Queen Play has a loyalty scheme that’s fit for a queen (or royalty in general)!
It’s pretty straightforward – there are 7 loyalty levels that you climb through the more points you earn.
Every $40 you wager will give you 1 loyalty point for most games, which is a nice equaliser for fans of all types of games, not only slots.
You can convert your loyalty points once you hit the required point redemption rate, which varies according to the 7 different loyalty levels. Each tier has their own extra benefits too!
We like how equalising this loyalty scheme is – some online casinos offer you to keep your points only for the calendar month; at Queen Play, you have 3 months to earn points to maintain your loyalty status. We also really like that you earn points across the board at the same rate, not at wildly different rates depending on the types of games you like to play!
This is really a continuation the loyalty scheme described above – there are two further levels, both of which are invitation-only and considered to be pretty VIP-level:
We like how the VIP scheme is separated from the loyalty scheme, and that there are further benefits for each level you get to.
We had a great time with Queen Play’s customer support offered.
There isn’t currently a landline, but there is an email address and a live chat too – all of which are available 7 days a week between 6AM – 11PM CET. That’s not terrible – but it’s not quite 24 hours, but if you do have an issue in the middle of the night (for whatever reason) we’re pretty sure the awesome FAQ section will help you out.
Not only is this in-depth, but it’s so well put-together. Each section is grouped around a theme, like promotions, banking, technical and more. Then, once you click through to each header, there are a range of questions which seemed to be a pretty exhaustive list, with very in depth answers to each. It was very impressive!
Not that we needed to, but we tried the live chat out for sale. We had a good natter with Andrew, who was quick and polite and answered our questions effortlessly and quickly.
Although, we’re pretty sure you won’t even need to get in touch with customer support, what with how deep the FAQ section goes. Still, it’s good to know that you can reach out to someone should you need to!
We agree that Queen Play is fit for a royal.
We loved the mutli-faceted welcome bonuses with the best of both – a deposit bonus/es and free spins, and that these weren’t limited to just one game, or just one deposit!
We thought the gaming sections had lots to offer, as well as that cool loyalty programme/VIP programme. Nice one, Queen Play!
We’re not sure exactly what we would have to complain about, if we’re honest – perhaps a few more payment methods would have been nice? Even then, we were pretty happy with the range on offer.
All in all, this is a really solid online casino, and we think everyone – even high-rollers – will have a great, royally good time here!
It’s totally legit. It’s regulated by both the UKGC and MGA, and safeguards its players in a number of ways: linking to several super organisations to help players with problematic gambling habits (for a full list of these, check out the ‘Safety and Security’ section, above).
Queen Play also insist, as a UKGC-regulated casino, that players have to verify their ID and proof of address before requesting a withdrawal. Read more about this in the casino’s ‘Submitting your documentation’ section, here.
It’s easy – you can either get in touch with Queen Play’s customer support, or you can do it yourself via your player account.
At the time of writing, there are no Queen Play Casino bonus codes available to players.
This could always change though: you should always check Queen Play’s Promotions section, which is updated regularly, or if you’re a Queen Play VIP player, these could be available from your VIP Account Manager.
Go to the cashier section and choose ‘withdrawal’. Follow the process until you see your withdrawal has been accepted.
Queen Play won’t allow you to access the cashier unless you’ve verified your ID and proof of address. Read more about this in the site’s FAQs on verification, here.
You can get these as a part of your welcome bonus – check out the ‘Welcome Bonus’ section, above.
We’ve outlined how to do this for the welcome bonus. Check out the ‘Welcome Bonus’ section, above, for details of the Terms and Conditions you should know about.
Always check a bonus’ Terms and Conditions before agreeing to claim it.
It’s the same as Queen Play’s standard process: check out the ‘How do I withdraw at Queen Play?’ FAQ, above, for more information.
Remember, you’ll need to have satisfied Queen Play’s bonus’ Terms and Conditions (see more details of these in the ‘Welcome Bonus’ section, above), before requesting a withdrawal. You also will need to have passed the verification checks (read more about these here)
They come as a part of your welcome bonus – check out the ‘Welcome Bonus’ section, at the top of this review, for more information.
Otherwise, keep checking Queen Play’s Promotions section, which is always updated and might have free spins offers! These could also be available from your VIP Account Manager, if you’re a member of the Queen Play VIP Club.
