Wombat Casino gives you a rather nice looking welcome bonus of 100% up to $200 on your first deposit. However, before you get too excited, we need to tell you that there’s some pretty high wagering requirements. More on these in a second.
To claim the welcome bonus, you need to:
Step 1:Register for a new player account at Wombat Casino
Step 2:Make a deposit of at least $10
Step 3:Click ‘Claim Bonus’ in the cashier
Step 4:Start playing! Your deposit bonus will be automatically applied.
As we mentioned above, there are a few – really, we mean very few – Terms and Conditions you should know about when claiming Wombat’s Welcome Bonus:
There aren’t currently any bonus codes available for the Wombat Welcome Bonus; you can read more about the Bonus’ Terms and Conditions here.
All in all, we like the generous amount of bonus cash offered by the casino, but we do think that that 50x wagering requirement is a little steep. We also had a little bit of a hard time finding all of the above information, which isn’t really anything to do with the casino, but we had to scroll through a lot of terms and conditions to find the relevant information. We really prefer it when casinos are a lot more upfront with all of the important information that we need to pass on to you as players.

Wombat Casino is really nicely laid out. Everything is is sectioned off into new games, featured games, and then the individual game lobbies:
There’s also a cheeky little filter so you can find specific games by providers, which is always a touch that we really appreciate. We’d have liked to have seen some of the recommended games that other players are enjoying, but to be honest, that’s not a massive drawback for us, it just interests us to see what the casino considers to be worthy of our attention.
Otherwise, Wombat Casino have these game categories to choose from:
It was nice to see virtual sports games on offer here too, which wasn’t something that we see at just any online casino!
We also really liked that cool ‘by provider’ filter that was available in every section that we checked. Also, within each section you can filter down the types of games available, making it easier to get to the good stuff quicker!
If you want to know exactly where you should be placing your time and attention, then the casino rounds up a list of featured games for you to check out. At the time of writing, the top slots at Wombat Casino were –
Best online casino for games: Party Casino
We were impressed to find that casino directly links to all of their games’ payout rates, which really isn’t something that we see everyday. As a UKGC-regulated casino, all the site really needs to do to satisfy their regulators (in this respect) is to get their games tested and audited by a third party.
Therefore, linking to this information really goes above and beyond what’s strictly necessary. We really applaud the casino’s commitment to openness and honesty.
You can check out the list of games’ percentages right here. Taking 10 of these game numbers that we’d randomly picked gave us a 96% payout rate for Wombat Casino, showing us it’s a generous, fair and safe casino to play at!

Wombat Casino has a range of deposit and withdrawal options for CA players, with a really solid set available!
Wombat Casino is highly committed to making sure their players are safe and secure online. They are regulated by two of the most trusted, strictest authorities in the entire online casino industry – the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, and the Malta Gaming Authority.
The site is fully SSL encrypted, keeping all of your player details and financial details completely safe and unhackable. This alone proves the casino’s commitment to safety and security for their players.
On top of this, the casino also recognises that not all players will be able to have a fun light, easygoing gambling session. For that reason, the casino links to several player resources and support organisations, for easy player access should they develop any problematic gambling habits, or want to consult with someone. These professional organisations include GamCare, GamStop, BeGambleAware.org and Wombat Casino’s own in-depth Responsible Gambling policy.
As well as all of these commitments to player security, Wombat Casino encourages safe and responsible play by allowing players to easily set deposit limits from their cashier or player account, as well as to easily take a break and self-exclude from the casino.
Wombat Casino doesn’t have any dedicated apps for iOS or Android, but this is really nothing to worry about. The mobile site is more than enough to give you everything you need for a solid gaming on the go experience.
In fact, we tried out the mobile site across tablets and phones, iOS, Android and Windows, and it works perfectly, no matter the device or operating system. That’s very impressive. The game tiles were also nicely sized, meaning we could easily choose whatever we wanted to, without any accidental selections. On top of this, it was super easy to swipe, scroll and select anything and everything we wanted to.
You’ll find everything is as it is on the desktop site, with all of the good stuff you enjoy on the desktop site: the live chat, all of the games, banking, promotions and more. It’s a fantastic place for mobile gaming fans, as well as newcomers to mobile gaming.
Wombat Casino has one of those traditional online casino loyalty schemes that tails off into a VIP scheme, only with a few choice differences.
The way it works is, for every $16 that you wager on real money at the casino you earn one point. Yes, it’s a weird number, but that’s fine with us!
The more points you earn, the higher your VIP level. You can easily check on your VIP level by navigating to your player account, where you’ll be shown how many points you have, as well as easily convert them to bonus cash.
Every player starts off at the Bronze tier, where you’re able to convert your points to cash bonuses (100 points equals $1) and the maximum you can convert the day is 500 points.
To get to the Silver tier, you’ll need to gain at least 500 points, and the maximum points you can convert to cash per day is 2000.
To reach the Gold tier, you’ll need to earn 1000+ points, and the maximum points per day that you can convert is 5000. You’ll also get access to VIP customer support.
The casino doesn’t state for how long your VIP points remain valid, so we’re going to go ahead and say it’s probably around 90 days (based on what we found in the T&Cs), which is pretty standard for an online casino.
The last two tiers of the Wombat Casino VIP scheme are where the true VIPs hang out. Unlike other online casinos however, you don’t have to be invited to join: you just have to play your way to those last two elite tiers.
For the Platinum tier, you’ll need to earn at least 5000 points; you’ll also have an up to 10000 speed conversion limit; you’ll receive birthday presents, and access to the VIP support hotline.
For the Diamond tier, you’ll need to get at least 10000+ points, and you’ll be able to convert a maximum of 30000 points a day. In addition to all of the above benefits from the Platinum tier, you’ll also receive a personal account manager, an anniversary bonus and personalised other VIP gifts.
We do like that you don’t have to be invited to join this club, and for true VIPs, it sounds like it’s pretty rewarding. Yet, for the lower tiers of VIP players, it might be a little bit annoying that you don’t straight away get your own personal account manager until the later tiers, where you might do at other online casinos’ VIP schemes.
We were in two minds about the support at Wombat Casino.
On the one hand, we did enjoy the live chat, although it’s only open between 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. GMT, which isn’t really a dealbreaker (it’s just that we’re used to 24/7 customer support). Your choice of other support channels is an email address, which is available around the same time. And that’s it.
We’d have been fine with either of these, had there been either a phone line or a better FAQ section. But as it stands, the FAQ section could do with a little bit of work. The answers that were there were answered well, and were somewhat helpful, but at the same time we prefer seeing more answers for more questions. If you have an issue, and it’s within the hours of operation, just head straight to the live chat. You won’t be disappointed.
We did like Wombat Casino, especially the game selection and the loyalty scheme/VIP scheme. Having said that, we do think that the Welcome Bonus could have had lower wagering requirements, and the terms and conditions could have been a little bit more explicitly stated.
Otherwise, there’s a lot to like here for every type of player – we think no matter your gaming preferences, low depositors and high-rollers alike, will be swinging from the trees and having a great time!
It’s totally legit, and regulated by two of the strictest online gaming authorities in the industry: the UKGC and the MGA.
The casino also recognises that some players might need some extra, professional support, and therefore links to a range or professional resources and organisations for easy player reference. For a full list of these, check out the ‘Safety and Security’ section, above.
Wombat also insist, as a UKGC-regulated casino, that players have to verify their ID and proof of address before requesting a withdrawal. You can read more about this process in the ‘Banking methods’ section, above, where we’ve gone into a lot of detail of what to expect.
You’ll also be able to set yourself a deposit limit from the cashier, self-exclude and more. Additionally, the casino checks in with you after around 1 hour of play, providing you a reality check, just in case.
They can take from between 1 working day to 5 working days depending on the payment method you select (see more about this in the ‘Banking methods’ section, above).
Additionally, you’ll have to complete the ID and address verification process before Wombat Casino will even allow you to access the cashier’s withdrawals section. You can read more about this process in the ‘Banking methods’ section, above.
It’s easy – just get in touch with Wombat’s customer support, they will help you with the process, or if that too final for you, you can easily self exclude from the casino for up to five years, or take a break for up to 6 weeks.
Both of these processes can be done by contacting customer support or directly from your player account.
At the time of writing, there are no Wombat Casino bonus codes available to players.
You should always check Wombat’s Promotions section, which is updated regularly, or if you’re a Wombat VIP player, these could be available from your VIP Account Manager. Your best bet is to keep an eye on all of the communications you’ve agreed to receive from the casino, and make sure that you have communications enabled, because this will be the first place where you hear of any bonus codes up for grabs.
Go to the cashier section and choose ‘withdrawal’. Follow the process until you see your request for a withdrawal has been accepted and sent for processing.
Wombat won’t allow you to access the cashier unless you’ve verified your ID and proof of address. You can read more about this process in the ‘Banking methods’ section, above.
You get bonus cash as a part of your welcome bonus – check out the ‘Welcome Bonus’ section, above, and make sure you read through the terms and conditions as well as our comments on these, before you commit to taking the bonus.
Check out the ‘Welcome Bonus’ section, above, for details of the Terms and Conditions of the welcome bonus. Pay particular attention to exactly what we thought about the welcome bonus, as well as those terms and conditions.
A quick reminder: always check a bonus’ Terms and Conditions before agreeing to claim it.
It’s the same as Wombat’s standard process: check out the ‘How do I withdraw at Wombat?’ FAQ, above, for more information.
Remember, you’ll need to have satisfied Wombat’s bonus’ Terms and Conditions (see more details of these in the ‘Welcome Bonus’ section, above), before requesting a withdrawal. You’ll also need to have completed the verification checks on your identity and proof of address before Wombat Casino will allow you to withdraw. You can read more about this process in the ‘Banking methods’ section, above.
Unfortunately, these aren’t available from your welcome bonus. However we did see some cheeky free spin offers in the Promotion section of the casino.
Otherwise, keep checking Wombat’s Promotions section, which is always updated and might have free spins offers! These could also be available from your VIP Account Manager, if you’re a member of the Wombat VIP Club. Your best bet is to keep an eye on your marketing communications from the casino, which will be the first place that you hear of any cool new free spins coming your way.
