Customer service is both a bit disappointing, and at the same time, pretty fun, at Fun Casino.
Why do you both ask? Well, because we always start these reviews by checking out a casinoâs FAQ section, and sadly, we were super disappointed by what we heard at Fun Casino.
While there is an FAQ section, and it’s even sectioned off by headers, the questions asked were a little lacking for our tastes, and the answers – while in-depth, just didn’t quite hit it for us. Weâre used to casinos having a super searchable, super in-depth FAQ section, so this was a huge let down for us to see.
Happily, the other customer support channels are way better: it’s available 24/7, across phone, live chat and email. Not only that, but the live chat is fantastic – we chatted to a few different support agents, and each time we were consistently impressed by the speed of response, how helpful they were and how easily they sorted out our issues – no fuss, no hassle – just Fun (Casino)!
