Here’s a little more about why we feel it necessary to add a casino to our blacklist:

There should be a range of ways to get in touch with a customer support team, and they should be quick to respond. A blacklisted casino usually falls short in this area, with players finding it difficult to get in touch with customer support, or having their issues addressed and solved.
Failure to address player issues and complaints
- Even recommended casinos can receive player complaints or issues, and you can learn a lot about a casino in the way they handle these. Failing to do so outright will lead to an automatic blacklisting for a casino.

- Every online casino should have a customer support team, ready and available to handle player issues and questions.
